Manchester United have got a busy summer of building ahead, with Jose Mourinho under pressure to build a squad that can compete toward to the top of the Premier League table.
The Red Devils didn’t come anywhere close to challenging the likes of Spurs and Chelsea last time out and only secured Champions League football having won the Europa League trophy.
And the line of United fans drinking in the bar want to see an improvement next time out and despite the club winning two pieces of silverware last season, they want more emphasis placed on the league next time out.
Incomings will be vital to any success we see at Old Trafford next season and one man that could be on the move is Lazio star Felipe Anderson, who has been in excellent form for his club as they finished fifth in Serie A last season.
He’d admitted in an interview with SportTV that “every player dreams of a move to a club like Manchester United”, fuelling rumours that he could be on the move this summer.
And as you can imagine, the contingent of United supporters both here in the pub and online have had something to say about the emerging news, with those in the pub split on whether they think he’s a good enough player to compete at this level.
